Respondent Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.16351 of 2020 by order dated 15.10.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crime No.1413 of 2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16351 of 2020 by order dated 15.10.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16351 of 2020 by order dated 15.10.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
