This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14452 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14452 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
