2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant that the cost has been paid in compliance with the order passed by this Court vide order dated 09.08.2023. He has also filed the memo to that effect.

3. In view of the above, the memo is recorded and the miscellaneous petition is ordered, thereby, the delay of 350 days in representing the second appeal is condoned.
