Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to forthwith survey and to fix the boundaries for the property of the petitioner measuring 5.251 sq. ft. in Old Survey No.107/4B, now New Survey No.107/4B2 and property measuring 2,389 sq.ft. in Old Survey No.107/3B, New Survey No.107/3B2 at Thappakuttai Village, Sankari Taluk, Salem District by considering and passing necessary Orders on the on-line Application of the petitioner dated 11.06.2024.

ORDER
With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the the respondent to forthwith survey and to fix the boundaries for the property of the petitioner measuring 5,251 sq. ft. at Thappakuttai Village, Sankari Taluk, Salem District by considering and passing necessary Orders on the on-line Application of the petitioner dated 11.06.2024.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
4. The case of the petitioner is that the she had purchased the subject property by way of a registered sale dated 17.10.2022 and patta has also been granted in favour of the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she has given an online application to the respondent to survey her land and fix its boundaries by paying requisite fee, the same has not been considered by the respondent till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 2/4
5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 11.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
