ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking modification of condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.10337 of 2026 dated 27.04.2026.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph No.6 (b) in Crl.OP.No.10337 of 2026 dated 27.04.2026 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police twice a day at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders and no relaxation petition shall be entertained for a period of fifty days". The other conditions remain unaltered.
4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 15-06-2026 ep To 1.The Inspector of Police CCD II Police Station, Coimbatore District.
