This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 17 days in filing the certified copy of the impugned order along with this writ appeal against the order dated 20.08.2024 in W.P No.23626 of 2024 on the file of this Court.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, we are inclined to condone the above said delay.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same 'for admission' on 17.07.2025.
