ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 8 (c), 20(b)(ii)(C), 25,29(1) of the Narcotics Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, in Crime No.750 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in unlawful possession of ganja weighing around 20 Kilograms. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitsthe petitioner was found in unlawful possession of ganja weighing around 20 Kilograms. Hence, he vehemently opposed for the grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and Circumstances of the case, seized quantity is commercial quantity and also considering the gravity of the offence, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
