O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P No.14650 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders,

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P No.14650 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020, regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. He would further submit that investigation has been completed and now the case has been taken for trial in S.C No.127 of 2020 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court, Ranipet and the case stands posted to 08.01.2020.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P No.7577 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranipet in S.C No.127 of 2020 on 08.01.2020 and on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge,

5. Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
