ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd Respondent to permit the petitioner to appear for the Combined Civil Services (Group-1) Exam, Main Written Examination to be held on 10th to 13th August 2023.
2. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that he has applied for the above post, wherein, he had appeared for preliminary examination on 19.11.2022 and became eligible for appearing the main written examination. Since, it was directed by the Commission to upload all the scanned soft copy of the original documents for certificate verification from 08.05.2023 to 16.05.2023, he could not upload the same as he was affected with dengue fever. Hence, he sent a representation on 23.05.2023 requesting furthermore time, which was not considered till date. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Now, it is stated by the learned counsel for the respondents that in order to provide final opportunity to the respective candidates, they are informed through sms, e-mail & Memorandum (available on the Commission website) to upload the crucial certificates/documents mentioned in the Memorandum through the e-seva centres mentioned in the Commission's website upto 21.07.2023 (5.45 PM).

5. Such view of the matter and recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to upload the requisite documents as prescribed by the respondent Service Commission. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
