There is a delay of 17 days in filing the appeal.

Despite service of notice on the respondents, except for respondent No.3, no one has entered appearance, which shows that there is no serious objection for the delay being condoned.

The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent also has no objection for the petition being allowed.

In view of the above, the delay of 17 days in filing the appeal is condoned and the petition is allowed.
