ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to amend the cause title and prayer portion in Crl.O.P. No.11965 of 2026 as "Crime No.404 of 2025" instead of "Crime No.404 of 2026".

2. There are no serious objections on behalf of the respondents.

3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. At this Juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present amendment application has been filed within the time granted by this Court for execution of sureties. In view of the said submission, this Court deems it appropriate to extend the time for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P. No.11965 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026 by a further period of two (2) weeks, from the date on which, the order copy made ready and no further extension of time will be granted.
