This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to disburse to the petitioners, the proportionate share from the death-cumterminal benefits of their deceased father Mr.N.S.Prasath, S/o.N.Subramaniam.

2. The facts in brief are as follows:- The petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased father. They made several representations dated 23/4/2013, 22/11/2019, 4/1/2020, 20/7/2020 and 3/8/2020 to the first and second respondents to disburse the terminal benefits of the deceased father. Since the same has not been considered so far, petitioners have come forward with the instant writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.Niranjan Rajagopalan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.U.Dinesh Rajkumar, Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that both the petitioners are entitled to each 25% of the share in the terminal benefits of their deceased father. The second petitioner has already received her share of Rs.1,56,794/- long back. As far as the first petitioner, viz., Nagajothi is concerned, marriage certificate of the first petitioner and other related documents were sent to the Principal Accountant General. Accountant General, the third respondent will disburse the share of the first petitioner.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
