This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to C.C.No.68 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Poonamallee in respect of Crime No.104 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police and to quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the trial has already been commenced and the witnesses have also been examined.

4. In view of the above development, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed by giving liberty to the petitioners to raise whatever points they
