This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to dispose of the representations made by the Petitioner dated 01.11.2023 in the light of the order dated 13.03.2019 in W.P. (MD).No.5871 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 01.11.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of the order dated 13.03.2019 in W.P.(MD).No.5871 of 2019, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
