Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5312 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11029 of 2020 by order dated 07.09.2020. ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5312 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11029 of 2020 by order dated 07.09.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5312 of 2020 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.O.P.No.11029 of 2020 by order dated 07.09.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
