Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give necessary Police Protection to the petitioner for fencing his patta land in Survey No.113/4B-1A in Patta No.525 at Keelpathi Village, Cuddalorre District based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2023 within the time framed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner in order to enable the petitioners to fence their property.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that based on the complaint given by the petitioners, a case is pending in CSR No.135 of 2023 before the second respondent.

3. There shall be a direction to the second respndent to conduct enquiry in CSR No.135 of 2023 by calling the interested parties and a decision shall be taken by second respondent as expeditiously as possible.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
