BHARATHIDASAN, J (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Salem, once in a month i.e. 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3083 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34279 of 2019 dated 09.03.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3083 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34279 of 2019 dated 09.03.2020, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
