ORDER

By order dated 20.06.2025, it was recorded that the highest bidder in the auction has no objection to the purchase of the property by SEI Kathiravan Power Private Limited subject to refund of amounts remitted by such highest bidder along with accrued interest. Subsequently, upon receipt of the total consideration of Rs.4,25,00,000/-, the auction sale was directed to be not proceeded with and Comp.A.Nos.149 and 209 to 211 of 2022 and 714 to 717 of 2011 were disposed of.

2. Learned counsel for the highest bidder submits that a refund of amounts deposited by such bidder may be directed along with accrued interest thereon. In two installments an aggregate sum of Rs.2,18,87,106/- was remitted. The said amounts shall be refunded to AMR India Limited along with interest accruals thereon within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
