The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2020 and 12.10.2020 and thereby direct the respondents to extend the petitioners lease period for collect the amount from the road side shops light goods vehicles heavy goods vehicle lorry enter into the Kullanchavadi Weekly Market Cuddalore district or to return the auction amount paid by the petitioner on 09.03.2020 in receipt No.22693 issued by the 3rd respondent panchayat. 2.It is admitted that the period of lease expired. Therefore, all dues are to be adjudicated and for refund, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a representation and the authorities competent have to verify the dues and accordingly, take all necessary actions to consider the request for refund as expeditiously as possible.

3.With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
