Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to hold enquiry into the issuance of forged patta in favour of Balasundaram son of Gangadaran the seventh respondent herein issued by the sixth respondent bearing patta No.1374 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 17.09.2021 on the file of the respondents 1 to 6 herein by cancelling the patta issued in favour of Balasundaram, son of S.Gangadaran.

ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to hold enquiry into the issuance of forged patta in favour of Balasundaram son of Gangadaran the seventh respondent herein issued by the sixth respondent bearing patta No.1374 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 17.09.2021 on the file of the respondents 1 to 6 herein by cancelling the patta issued in favour of Balasundaram, son of S.Gangadaran.
2.Heard Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 and Mr.K.Anandharaja, learned counsel appearing for the seventh respondent.
3.The petitioner submitted representation dated 17.09.2021 before the fourth respondent for cancellation of patta issued in favour of the deceased seventh respondent herein and it is pending for enquiry. Considering the above facts, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 9 to 11 viz., the legal heirs of the deceased seventh respondent, and after giving opportunity of hearing to both parties, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
4.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
