ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 448, 294(b), 427, 324 & 506(ii) of I.P.C in Cr.No.772 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner went to the De-facto Complainant's Tea shop and had tea thereafter refused to pay the bill and a wordy quarrel arose between them and the petitioner assaulted the shop worker and caused damages to the tea shop. Hence this complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is pending in this case and there are three previous cases against the petitioner. Hence he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail. to the petitioners.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case that there are 3 previous cases against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this petition seeking Anticipatory Bail stands dismissed.
