This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 311 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the Judgment passed by the learned Special Judge for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Puducherry, in Spl. S.C. No.62 of 2019 vide judgment dated 27.06.2022.

2. Mr. R. Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl Side), who takes notice on behalf of the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
