Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the District Munsif Court, Kangayam, Tiruppur District to dispose the O.S.No.96 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kangayam, Tiruppur District.

3. Considering the scope of the petition and also the averments made therein that in view of the filing of the written statement, the respondents have tried to create a communal this harmony in the locality and tried to trespass in the suit property.

4. The learned District Munsif, Kangeyam is hereby directed to dispose the I.A within a period of four weeks and dispose of the suit within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. In view of the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
