This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the II Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, daily at 10.30 am from Monday to Friday at Chennai and appear before the respondent police at 10.30 am on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders, without fail, already granted by this Honble Court, in Crl.O.P.No.15911/2025 in Cr.No.114/2025 dated 22.05.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15911/2025 in Cr.No.114/2025 dated 22.05.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the II Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, daily at 10.30 am from Monday to Friday at Chennai and appear before the respondent police at 10.30 am on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders is relaxed.
