Respondents Prayer.: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to renew the Licenser No.0045/2011/VLR dated 01.04.2011 issued to Vigneswara Saw Mill at Door No.304/23, Bharathi Nagar (Arcot to Kannamangalam Road), Thazhanur Village, Walaja Taluk, Vellore District by the 3rd respondent vide License Letter in Dfo.Ref.No.2845/2011/L/dated 01.04.2011, with effect from 01.01.2016.

The petitioner has filed the Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to renew the License No.0045/2011/VLR dated 01.04.2011 issued to Vigneswara Saw Mill at Door No.304/23, Bharathi Nagar (Arcot to Kannamangalam Road), Thazhanur Village, Walaja Taluk, Vellore District by the 3rd respondent vide License Leter in Dfo.Ref.No.2845/2011/L/dated 01.04.2011, with effect from 01.01.2016.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, pending the writ petition, the petitioner has been preferred an appeal dated 01.08.2018 before the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Govt. of India, Ministry of Enviornment, Forest and Climate Change, Regional Office (SEX), 1st and 2nd Floor, Handloom Export Promotional Council, No.34, Kathedral Garden Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai-34. He further submitted that liberty may be given to the petitioner to seek remedy before the Appellate Authority.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader(Forests) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner can seek remedy before the Appellate Authority. Hence, the present writ petition is not maintainable.

4. In the light of the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the Appellate Authority. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
