This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 318 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the Judgment dated 21.06.2022 passed by the learned Special Judge for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Puducherry, in Spl. S.C.No.64 of 2019.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
