ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.12 of 2015 within a time period.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court cannot issue direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in a time bound manner. However, the respondent Police is directed to conduct the investigation expeditiously in accordance with law and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
