ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.314 of 2014 and submit final report before the competent Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed in Cr.No.314 of 2014 and draft charge sheet is ready.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to file charge sheet within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observations, this criminal original petition is closed.
