When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner Company has gone into liquidation and the matter is now pending before the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai and any claim made by the petitioner has to be made only before the Company Law Tribunal, Chennai and would pray to close the above writ petition, which is not disputed by the respondents.
