This application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 712 days in filing the claim petition before the Official Liquidator.

2.Considering the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed, the delay of 712 days in filing the claim petition is condoned.

The applicant is required to produce all the original documents before the learned Official Liquidator to enable the Official Liquidator to adjudicate upon the claim.
