This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings against the petitioner / accused A1 in Crime No.1126 of 2021 dated 13.08.2021 pending on the file of first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case investigation is almost over and charge sheet is yet to be filed.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed with a direction to the respondent to file charge sheet in this case within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
