This C.M.P. is filed to bring on record the respondents 4 and 5 as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent viz., Ganesan, and to array them as respondents 4 and 5 in the above C.R.P.

2.Mr.C.Prabakaran, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have no objection for allowing this petition.

3.In view of the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this C.M.P. is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the C.R.P. on 05.10.2021.
