This petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause tile in the Civil Revision Petition filed against the fair and decretal order dated 20.01.2023 passed in I.A.No.13 of 2022 in I.A.No.10 of 2022 in O.S.No.156 of 2008 on the file of the III Additional District Judge at Poonamallee. 2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.It was submitted that in I.A.No.13 of 2022, the petitioners had missed out to record the factum of the demise of P.Ashok/the third petitioner in the long cause title thereto. Similarly, in the said fair order, the III Additional District Court, Poonamallee has missed out to record the factum of the demise of P.Ashok/the third petitioner in the long cause title thereto although correctly recorded as deceased without any Class I Legal Heirs in the long cause title of the decretal order.
