ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.485 of 2024 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is pursuing his Post Graduation in M.S. Orthopaedics in Coimbatore Medical College Hospital. He is a meritorious student and received appreciations. Due to rivalry, a case has been projected against him that on 29.11.2024 the petitioner placed the camera in the ladies' toilet premises in Pollachi Hospital and case has been registered in crime No.485 of 2024 against the petitioner under Sections 77 BNS & 67 IT Act.

3.The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner committed a grievous offences. The investigation in this case is almost completed except awaiting the forensic report. The petitioner had hidden a camera in the ladies' restroom, which was seized. Now, awaiting the forensic report, charge sheet is yet to be filed. In any event, the charge sheet would be filed within a period of two months after the receipt of the forensic report.
