Respondents Prayer:Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to condemn the relegation of Tamil Thaai Vaazhthu to the third position during the recent swearing-in ceremony of the Honble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu and other Ministers of Legislative Assembly held on 10/05/2026 despite absence of any express constitutional, statutory of executive prohibition against commencing State Functions with the State Song of Tamil Nadu.
