O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondent to survey the lands mentioned in applications dated 21.06.2017 and 27.10.2017 and 22.05.2019.

This Court by earlier orders passed in this Writ Petition had directed the Respondents to conduct the survey of the lands belonging to the Petitioner and an Advocate Commissioner was also appointed to oversee the proceedings. The Respondents as well as the Advocate Commissioner have filed their reports dated 28.08.2019 and 21.11.2019 respectively confirming that the survey of the lands belonging to the Petitioner have been completed.

Recording the subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. If the Petitioner requires any further relief in respect of the aforesaid properties, which have been surveyed, it is open to the Petitioner to work out his remedies for necessary relief before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
