registered under Serial No.HMR/ARAKKONAMJT1/216/2015 dated 21.08.2015 and quash the same as illegal and direct the 2nd respondent to delete, cancel and remove the same from the records of the 2nd respondent office. For Petitioner : No Appearance For Respondents : Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, Additional Government Pleader for R1 & R2.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for quashment of the impugned order dated 21.08.2015 which came to be passed by the 2nd respondent herein and for a direction to the 2nd respondent to delete, cancel and remove the same from the records.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 17.03.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 23.03.2023. When the matter was taken for hearing on 23.03.2023, once again there was no representation for the petitioner and in

order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 27.03.2023 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for Dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 27.03.2023 NHS
