This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation pending in Cr.No.357 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police to any other independent agency more particularly C.B.C.I.D. Namakkal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that charge sheet has been filed in this matter on 27.10.2010 for offences under Sections 323, 324 and 326 I.P.C. and the same is pending in C.C.No.546 of 2010, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode and hence there is no need to transfer the investigation.
