Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direct the 1st respondent to consider the 2nd respondent proposal bearing letter No.38703/E1/2017, dated 31.01.2018 without any deviation to create promotion Channel for the ministerial non technical staffs, promotes in the statistical department and create posts taking into account of the petitioner's representation 1/4

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to consider the 2nd respondent proposal bearing letter No.38703/E1/2017, dated 31.01.2018 without any deviation to create promotion channel for the ministerial non technical staffs, promotes in the statistical department and create posts taking into account of the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2020 within a stipulated time and after creation of such post fill up those post with ministerial non technical staffs, promotes.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that already the petitioner had challenged the G.O.No.8, dated 31.01.2013 in W.P.No.27537 of 2014, which is pending before this Court. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner can be considered only subject to the result of the said writ petition.

3. In view of the above, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation subject to the result of the W.P.No.27537 of 2014.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
