PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to issue direction to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.597 of 2017, on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram, expeditiously by allowing this CRP.

JUDGMENT

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Sub Judge, Tambaram, to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.597 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.

2.The petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.597 of 2017 is the revision petitioner herein.

dua 3.The revision petitioner has filed the above said H.M.O.P.No.597 of 2017, before the Sub-Court, Tambaram, for diverse on the ground of cruelty and thereafter, the matter was posted for cross-examination and no progress has been made for more than two years. 4.Therefore, the learned Judicial Officer, Tambarams, is hereby directed to complete the petitioner's side evidence by the end of January, 2021, complete the respondent's side evidence by the end of February, 2021 and directed to dispose of the said H.M.O.P.No.597 of 2017, by the end of March, 2021.

5.With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
