This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13144 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.

No.14419 of 2021 dated 13.12.2021 to appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e. on 1st and 15th working day of every month.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
