O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 1 to 5, from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property in survey No.202, situated at Vikramasi Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District to the extent of 5.50 acres well with motor pump set with service connection till the disposal of the civil suits pending before the respective competent civil court at Vellore.

2. The prayer sought for in this writ petition is of civil in nature, hence, the petitioner ought to have approach the competent Civil Court for such a relief. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
