Instant petition has been filed inter alia under Rule 2B of the Rules of this Court to regulate the proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in this Court.

2. There are three writ petitioners and this Court is informed that the writ petitioners are siblings (writ petitioners 1 and 2 are blood sisters of Writ Petitioner No.3) and they are joint owners of the property namely, Door No.1/1, Anna Garden, Velachery Main Road, Chennai - 42, which forms part of subject matter of instant writ petition. It is also submitted that their common prayer is to direct the respondent to close down the bar attached to TASMAC Wine Shop No.714. It is submitted that their source of right is common and their grievance is also common.

3. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that separate Court fee has been paid by the three writ petitioners.

4. In the light of the aforesaid narrative, instant WMP is ordered as prayed for.
