ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 07.12.2020 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 of IPC, in Cr.No.1671 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the fourth bail application filed before this Court. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had broken the house of the defacto complainant and robbed 18 sovereign of gold jewels. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has been in jail from 07.12.2020. He further submitted that the petitioner was detained under Goondas Act and the said order of detention was set aside by this Court in H.C.P.No.576 of dated 17.09.2021.Therefore, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner had broken the house of the defacto complainant and robbed 18 sovereign of gold jewels. submitted that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner and 3 cases are in similar nature. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner and he has involved in very serious offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
