Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to 2nd respondent impugned order No.716/DC(R) N/REV/C2/GLR/ 2015/3341 dated 06-11-2015 quash the same as highly illegal and violative of Article 300A & 21 and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to assign GLR value in respect of the land comprised in Ward-N, Block No.12, T.S.No.6/1/A/1/A/8 of 44-Murungapakkam Revenue Village Pondicherry so as to enable the petitioner to convey/Mortgage the property.
