This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.462 of 2022 dated 10.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer on every Tuesday at 10:30 A.m until further orders.

He further submits that final report has not yet filed.

3. Considering the alleged offences against the petitioner and the fact that even after six months final report not filed, the petition for relaxation is allowed and the condition imposed while granting the anticipatory bail is relaxed in toto.
