ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 3rd respondent to dispose the second appeal S.A.No.8184/D/2025.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner sought for certain

information from the first respondent, since, there was no action, appeal was filed on the file of the second respondent and letter was given to the petitioner stating that information could not be given. Hence, the second appeal was filed before the third respondent in S.A.No.8184/D/2025 on 21.05.2026 and the same is pending till date. Hence, this writ petition.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the third respondent to dispose of the second appeal filed by the petitioner in S.A.No.8184/D/2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
