A. No.3352 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused on account of the death of the 5th respondent in O.P. No.1027 of 2019. A. No.3353 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 6 to 9 as the Legal representatives of the deceased 5th respondent in O.P. No.1027 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant / petitioner.

3. All the respondents have been duly served in these applications.

4. Mr.S. Parthasarathy, learned counsel has filed vakalat for the 5th respondent. He has no objection for allowing these applications.

5. This Court has also perused and examined the affidavit filed in support of the aforesaid applications. Accordingly, these applications are allowed.

6. Petitioner is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main OP and after carrying out amendment, the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve the amended copy of the petition to the respective learned counsels appearing for the respondents. 11.11.2021 vsi2/rgi ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.
