2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the application and records.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds that this is a fit case to grant leave as sought for by the applicant. Hence, leave as sought for by the applicant is granted. The application is ordered accordingly.
