A.No.3425 of 2021 in C.S.No.953 of 2003 N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J This Court while dismissing Application No.3425 of 2021, dated 01.12.2021, imposed cost of Rs.25,000/- on the 3rd defendant and had directed it to be paid on or before 15.12.2021. It is reported by the learned counsel for the plaintiff that the cost imposed by this Court has not been paid by the 3rd defendant. There is no representation on behalf of the 3rd defendant. Only the learned counsel appearing on behalf of D-2, D-7 to D-9 are represented before this Cort.

2.In order to afford one last opportunity, the matter stands posted to 05.01.2022, to enable the 3rd defendant to pay the cost and if the cost is not paid by the 3rd defendant on or before 04.01.2022, this Court will have no other option except to strike down the defense of the 3rd defendant.
